The Voter Authorization Form for BLOC VOTING is optional for local unions represented by more than one delegate. Use this form to record the names of delegates who want to authorize a member of the local’s delegation to cast their votes in any election of officers conducted at this Convention.
Voter Authorization Forms may be submitted electronically using this link, or by mail using the form included in the Call packet. Forms submitted by mail may be returned along with the local’s Delegate Credentials in the pre-paid envelope addressed to the International Secretary-Treasurer.
