Never Quit: Keith Lowry

Keith Lowry, a paramedic in northern Arizona and member of AFSCME Local 2960, was first inspired by his fifth-grade teacher, who devoted the last 30 minutes of class to first aid. “He got me into that type of attitude of public service,” says Lowry, who is a winner of AFSCME's Never Quit Service Award.
