Whether you are a delegate, an alternate or a guest to the 47th AFSCME International Convention, please wear your official Built for This Moment Convention badge at all times when inside the McCormick Place Convention Center.
You will receive your badge on-site when you register for the Convention in Hall B. The registration area will be open Saturday through Tuesday morning (Aug. 15-18) of Convention week.
Your Convention badge is your ticket to the delegates hall where we’ll be conducting union business throughout the week. The badge will need to remain visible to get through various security checkpoints for AFSCME events and activities.
For security reasons, AFSCME also recommends that attendees remove their badges when they leave the Convention Center.
