No matter your line of work, there is a Sector Roundtable just for you.
Join your colleagues on Tuesday morning, Aug. 18, at a Sector Roundtable, where you can network with union members from around the country who hold jobs in your field. All roundtables will run simultaneously on Tuesday from 7:45 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.
Sector Roundtables are just one more way that AFSCME members can use the 47th AFSCME International Convention to meet their fellow union members and share ideas.
Discussions will include how to tackle challenges that are specific to your sector, sharing creative solutions for addressing common problems, and what is needed to build member power.
There are 17 roundtables to choose from representing all the fields in which AFSCME members are employed: health care; public safety; cultural workers; child care, and the list goes on.

Language interpreters will be offered at all roundtables.
